Perfect Place!

Wonderful space for our family and our golf trip! Loved that Ledges is just out of the busyness of the city. House was wonderfully with everything we needed and quite comfortable. Would gladly stay here again.

Aptly named accommodation

This townhome was one of our favorite VRBO's that we have ever stayed in. The location is beautiful and the view of the golf course and surrounding geology is a wonderful way to wake up and have your cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, both with food items that he would not expect, and cooking implements. We will definitely be returning to this location. My family and I can recommend this site without reservation.

Great Location

The home is in a great location. The layout of the home is wonderful. Not much privacy for the hot tub. The property management needs to up their game in cleaning. I pulled down the comforter and found a sock. Spider webs. The coffee maker was also dirty and had a left over pod in it from who knows when. Despite the housekeeping issue I would probably stay with my spouse again. It’s not somewhere I would stay with my adult kids.

After surveying the property, one of my friends stood in the kitchen and announced "I could live here". She had no idea that it was the name of the property. Needless to say, we found everything perfect, from the well-stocked kitchen to the large four bedrooms to the relaxing hot tub. The location was also perfect. It's a five minute drive to Snow Canyon where we hiked one morning then drove into town for lunch at George's, which I highly recommend. We also spent one day in Zion NP which was only an hour's drive. Dinner at the Painted Pony was a real treat.I highly recommend this property and it is aptly named "I could live here".

Our guys commented that the accommodations had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come again. Dan was awesome to deal with, and our experiences with check-ins at the courses were great. We especially liked Sand Hollow, what a great track! And of course Wolf Creek is in its own category. We could have made a few more birdies, but other than that it was one of our best trips ever. We are college fraternity brothers that have been meeting up in Vegas every year since 1984. This is the first year we have skipped Vegas for golf elsewhere and we will likely never go back. Ledges, here we come!Thanks again!Dave

The property was immaculate,spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. It had a nice patio, overlooking #18 at The Ledges Golf Course, with very nice furniture and an excellent barbecue. It was not more than 25minutes from any of the four golf courses we played and has excellent restaurants nearby. Ledges Vacation Rentals recommended the four courses we played, booked all the tee times at the times we requested and included a discount at one course. Their communications were excellent before, during, and after our stay. They took delivery of one set of golf clubs that got lost in transit and contacted us immediately when they arrived. The four of us have taken a golf trip every year for the past 25 years and are in agreement that this is the best trip we’ve had, from start to finish!

It's far away from the city but close enough to have the city near by. This trip was a guys golfing get away and not one complaint from any of them. I was impressed by the text asking if all was good and if we needed anything. All was good and we will definitely be coming back soon.
