The accommodations were very good. The beds were amazing. I want to know exactly what that bed was? Amenities were also amazing. We did our best to try them all. Ages 11-61 we all enjoyed it all. Could have used more pickleball courts

We’ve stayed at this and two other locations within Desert Colors and this particular location was by far the worst one. Upon arrival the owners had a golf cart in the garage so we couldn’t park our car. In 108-114 degree heat all week parking outside wasn’t ideal. The fan on the main floor tv area didn’t work. The lights in the bunk bed room weren’t functioning and the hot tab had a major leak. While we reached out to the Red Rock staff to have these items addressed, they weren’t able to get the fan or the hot tub in working order. For how much we spent to stay for the week, these issues shouldn’t be a part of our vacation time. Waiting for techs to arrive, or missing them because we’re trying to enjoy ourselves was a huge inconvenience. What’s more frustrating is they knew about the hot tub issue. Something like this needs to be shared prior to arrival so expectations can be better prepared for. Also the decor throughout was very owner specific. They’re obviously into gaming, as the place was decorated with Dungeons and Dragons pictures, Mario brothers and the tv entertainment center was packed with D&D style board games. They also had a huge gaming desk in the upstairs tv room, yet the TVs in the rooms were 40-45” at most. The feel of the upstairs entertainment area wasn’t comfortable as it was set up primarily for board game play vs relaxing lounge couches for a night of movie watching. Simply put we weren’t impressed as won’t be staying at this unit again.
