A nice, modern feel to a classic resort with all the amenities for your family. This condo sits on the rim with a spectacular view of Pine Valley Mtn., and Snow Canyon. The patio goes onto a nice expanse of lawn creating a great environment to relax, dine outside, or play family games. The kitchen is a dream with all-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with all the utensils you will need to whip up your favorite family meals. (No BBQ's are allowed in the Sports Village Complex.)
From the kitchen into the living room and dining area there is an ample amount of seating for everyone to enjoy each other's company or watch a movie on the flat screen TV after a fun day in the sun. The TV's are streaming ONLY. We do not have cable so make sure you know your Netflix account to sign into. We do have a Hulu account for you to enjoy the basics on.
A full-size washer and dryer is provided for your use and convenience.
This condo is on the bottom/ground floor, approximately 20 steep stairs down from the entrance of Building R to the front door of the unit. It is not handicap accessible and you must be comfortable with stairs.

NOTE: Changes to the homeowners association insurance coverage has required removal of private grills. There are community grills available for use at the club house. Bring your own charcoal.
PARKING: There is free parking around the community. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV's. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. The Clubhouse is open until 10pm.
