This comfortable condo is updated, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It's the perfect spot for exploring St. George, Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, Sand Hollow and is within 5 miles of 7 golf courses. You can sleep 4 in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with it's own private entrance on the ground level. It is located in Sports Village, close to the clubhouse and all the amenities which include two heated pools, a playground and courts for tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, volleyball and basketball.

Just what we needed.

We had enough room to feel very comfortable. All the amenities we needed. It was quiet. We had our grandkids come swim in the pool, play shuffleboard and pickleball. It was perfect.

Good manager. Aging units.

Renting this property was an easy task. Talking to manager was easy. Mike the plummer was really great and we saw him three times. Two problems with water heater were no fault of the manager and were immediately fixed. The third was the result of the cleaning crew not paying attention as bolts hold the toilet to the floor were missing. Plummer Mike did not fix the 4th problem and I did not report such--the bedroom closet door would not stay on the track. Again that seems a misadventure by the cleaning crew rather than the property manager. I suspect it is tough for a property manager to recognize all of these little avgrevations in aging units. But he was quick to respond to my calls.

Good, quick stay

nice, clean accommodations. comfortable bed, enjoyed the big tub. kitchen had all the necessary amenities (with exception of coffee filters). access to clubhouse was appreciated, used gym twice. good location to access Paradise Canyon and Snow Canyon park for hikes. i'd stay here again.

Great for the cost

We went to St. George for the marathon - my son ran in it and needed a place to stay. Also wanted to see this part of Utah - visited Bryce and Zion. Great place to stay for the cost. Easy vacation - enjoyed our stay!

Two week stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. A few things that we did not like: 1) outside lantern and light at door did not work. Very hard to see and dangerous. 2) not enough towels. Four bath towels, which was good, only 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. Needed 4 of each. 3) Wi-Fi very sketchy...did not always work. We did like the roomy kitchen and sitting area. Give it an 8 out of 10 rating

Comfortable and convenient

This property is very comfortable for two people, has a well stocked kitchen, and the adult hot tub and lap pool are right outside the door. There is mountain biking and hiking at the end of the street, downtown St George is under a 10 minute drive, and Snow Creek Canyon is 20 minutes. Easy access to shopping, and restaurants. Great value!
