Sunny Escapes Getaway - Your spacious home away from home!

  • Why would anyone stay in a hotel when you can spend your vacation in our spacious (1,060 sq ft) two bedroom condo? This condo has a comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom and a full sized bed and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom has double sinks. It is stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home including a washer/dryer, coffee maker, crock pot, iron and ironing board, etc. You will be comfortable for a weekend or a month long stay.
    It is located at the family friendly Sports Village Resort. We are located in beautiful St. George, Utah, renowned for its amazing scenery, hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and national parks! Bring your ATV for some great riding too!

    Resort amenities include:
    -4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools.
    -2 Large heated Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
    -2 Jacuzzi - open year round
    NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.
    -Full-size Tennis Courts
    -Pickle ball Courts
    -Workout Room
    -Jogging Paths, Shuffleboard and Playground
    -Full Court Basketball
    -2 Full-size Racquetball Courts
    - Clubhouse: Ping Pong Tables, foosball, Indoor mini golf
    -Sand Volleyball
    Spend the day outdoors however you please.
    Hiking available:
    Lava Flow Overlook Trail, Johnson Canyon Trail, Petrified Dunes Trail, Three Ponds Trail, Zion National park is approx. 50 min away, Snow Canyon State Park.
    Mountain Biking available:
    Anasazi Trail, green valley, Gooseberry Mesa, etc.
    Golf Courses nearby: Sun-brook Golf Club, South-gate Golf Club, Dixie Red Hills Golf Club, etc.
    Come stay with us in beautiful St. George, Utah. This is where the summer sun spends the winter.

The place was nice. I wish the pans were a little nicer to cook with but they worked for a short weekend trip. The amenities are nice and the pool was warm enough to swim early in the season.

It was great for what we needed. No problems with check-in, good instructions and communication. We didn’t cook much there- but small kitchen and not much for spices or flavoring Quiet when we were there but also not many people around in general. The area is well cared for, clean, neat and manicured lawn.

Baseball tournament

We had a baseball tournament for our 10 yr old and stayed at this property. I would definitely stay there again. It was relaxing and had plenty of things for us to do.
