1st to the Beach is located in the private, east end gated community, Sunset Beach.

Sunset Beach offers a community swimming pool, tennis court, private gated access, and boardwalk beach access. This spectacular beachfront home has plenty of space to share with your family and friends. Enjoy the large covered decks with unobstructed views of the gulf!

1st to the Beach, a little slice of the Mediterranean right here on the Gulf of Mexico. This home offers two levels overlooking the Gulf, a private boardwalk to the beach, a large hot tub under the house, and steps from the community pool. This home is furnished comfortably with plenty of space for your group.

On the main living level is a Gulf front king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the deck. Just down the hall is another king bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

One level up is home to a Gulf front king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private Gulf front deck, a Bay view king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a bunk room with ensuite bathroom. This home also includes two twin size Murphy style beds.

Views are incredible from the living room's two story windows. From the sofa you can enjoy the beautiful blue sky, the twinkling starts at night, or an incredible afternoon thunderstorm.

The deck has ample dining seating for enjoying meals while you listen to the waves.

Outdoor shower, sink, and hot as well as a tiki bar with seating.

This home is conveniently close to the community pool in one direction and the community tennis court in the other direction.
