This property needs a lot of work.
A/C is terrible. Downstairs “suite” is no suite at all. It smells of mildew and your clothes are constantly damp. The dehumidifier is hooked up to the window which is held Up by tape. Once it fell down and the room was hot and humid and let the bugs in. No where down In the “suite” was there a closet to hang clothes. The dresser smelled terribly and you hated to put your clothes inside. The upstairs bedrooms seemed nice, although I didn’t sleep there. The bunk beds are like sleeping on a board. Hard as a rock. The sheets are like burlap. Really rough. The pullout sofa was uncomfortable, and we brought a cushion to help. Location is good. Quiet area of beach. No curtains in main house, nor screens for the windows. Would have been nice to open windows since we walked into 87* house upon arrival. I’ll definitely stay somewhere else in the future
