The Plantation is a gated community with vehicle passes and additional guidelines that guests must follow.

Other Things to Note
- Accommodates 13 guests.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- This property is equipped with exterior security cameras for safety and monitoring.
- Two well-behaved dogs, with a max weight limit of 20 lbs each, can be arranged for an additional fee.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
