our communication with them was wonderful during and after the hurricane... check in process was easy as well.. when we got to the home, we were unpacking everything and went into the living room to sit .. one of our guest sat down in the recliner and it moved a tiny bit.. under it was a large area that the floor was broken and was covered up by the chair... a few mins later we looked and there was a hole in the floor that was clearly open as of someone had tried to cover these areas with rugs.. the living room was was so thick so someone looked under it and there's an old dirty rug underneath the better one.. we loved the location for sure... we knew the fridge would take a while to cool so we awaited to get groceries.. sunday afternoon we stocked up.. monday tiesday wednesday and thirst i tried to contact someone to help, no answer yet they had been so helpful before we arrived.. we cooked one meal and was getting the plates out of the cabinets and there were roaches everywhere.. i notified them as well and on THIRSDAY they sent someone as well as a repair man for the fridge, we only had use of a cold fridge for one day...my only other complaint is each person were given 1 towel and 1 washcloth and only 1 kitchen towel.. once again, i addressed these issues from saturday but no help until thursday afternoon.. its in a perfect location but the communication was bad and the joke was not up to par for any guest... not
with bugs, and no fridge, numerous floor issues & holes..
