There are several nearby playgrounds to keep the children busy and a trampoline in the fully fenced backyard. There is no shortage of serenity at Basin Vista, enjoy the unmissable sunsets or have a swim in the beautiful St Georges Basin.
The house is fully equipped and extremely comfortable, with reverse cycle air conditioning located in the living area. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, the main has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a double size bed and bedroom 3 contains two single beds.

Guests have access to the entire villa.

For your added comfort, there is a reverse cycle wall unit in the lounge room.

St Georges Basin has so much to offer when it comes to activities and attractions and an abundance of wildlife in the area. The boat ramp is nearby, as is the wharf for recreational fishing. You can have fun in a boat, kayak or paddleboard and spend the day exploring the Basins quiet coves and creeks. Sussex Inlet is a short cruise across the Basin, with access to the ocean and beach. If catching some waves is more your thing, a 10-minute drive will find you at Hyams Beach, famous for its sugar-white sands and crystal-clear waters.
