Overall our stay was excellent, the only downside was the fire Alarm at approximately 0230 Thursday morning. The process seemed to be carried out properly, bearing in mind it was pitch dark and a lot of people were sleepy and a disoriented. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to others.

The room was lovely, overlooking the sea. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Every single one friendly and helpful, willing to give up their time from the kp to the manager. Excellent service, lovely hotel, delicious food.

A warm welcome by immaculately turned out staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Every area was spotlessly clean which is not always easy with an older property. The food was first class and not overpriced. The sea views are amazing and ever changing. I would definitely stay at Ommeroo again.

Lovely hotel

This hotel was perfect for a week's holiday. It is situated on the outskirts of St Helier with beautiful views overlooking the sea and promenade from where you could walk along or even into St Helier. The hotel was clean with good service and friendly staff. Breakfast was good with the usual choices of cooked food along with juices, cereals, fruit and toast. We ate in the hotel on our first evening and the meal was excellent. My steak was one of the best steaks I have eaten and was cooked perfectly to my request. There is a car park at the rear of the hotel although we did not have a car. We used the excellent bus service to get around the island and the bus stop to go east to Gorey or to the bus station was only a short distance from the hotel.

Lovely spacious room with sea view and great location with Howard Davies park behind and seafront freshwater pool shortcwslk. Great bus route to town and gorey and lots of great restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful. The only thing that would have made this hotel even more perfect would have been the use of Jersey dairy butter and yoghurt at breakfast but great value and a wonderful experience, thank you!

Excellent location on sea front with great views. Easy walk to St Helier and direct bus links outside hotel. Good breakfast and excellent dinner in Coast Bar and Bistro. Friendly and approachable staff. Only negative no fridge in room and better blackout curtains

Loved the location of the hotel right on the beach front. Close to a number of eating options and walking distance to the town square. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful with us as we had a dog and needed to make a few adjustments to where we ate. Good internet connection and a lovely view of the sea even from our budget room. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.
