i got the king size bed with the jacuzzi and it was so nice, for a good price, definitely would stay there again, everyone was so nice, they left you alone but if you needed something, they were there, it was quiet and a really nice place overall, the prices were amazing as well, i really enjoyed my stay here.

Our host was very helpful. When I arrived, i had found that I had reserved the wrong day. Our host quickly took action and changed our reseervation date and found us a room.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast area and exercise room were good but after that it needs help. Stained couch, carpets and other items were definitely not maintained in a long time. Pool was closed and hot tub didn’t look clean. This was my one and only stay at this place.

Me and my friends had a short stay at budget inn (3 nights), but we got that hotel because was one with hot tub, and guess what? It wasn’t working! Not getting hot at all. Also, one of the breakfasts had a problem that the wall where the machines for drinks was connected wasn’t working, the lady that worked on the breakfast part was supper helpful putting a cord to make it work, I know it might not be a huge problem, but it was actually bad for us having that problem that day. The room was very clean.

Closed pool, broken breakfast devices (waffle maker, juice machine, expired milk) made the trip quite a disaster for a family. Staff was very rude and annoyed that we weren’t able to follow the maze to our hidden room. Rusted metal throughout the room and hotel. Stained mattresses were also another unpleasant surprise. Avoid at all cost and ignore positive reviews which are either fake or outdated.

Upon arriving and checking in, we were given the wrong room - we reserved a Queen with lake view with a patio/balcony - we were given an interior room with a full bed. When talked to the front desk we were told that because we booked thru expedia and they were full, they give expedia customers last choice of available rooms. Next morning front desk said would leave message for the manager and we still have not heard back even after asking again at checkout - were told would have to call her on Wed morn. The air did not work and was 80 degrees inside the room. Couldn't open the windows because one screen was missing and the other was broken. Not enough parking. The worst hotel experience we have ever had.
