Tastefully decorated to feel light and airy, the apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with a range of top-notch features and amenities to ensure that guests are completely comfortable during their stay. Unwind in the gorgeous living room and take in far-reaching views over the bay. On warm days you can slide back the doors leading out to the patio and savour the sunshine from your own sea-facing terrace, while evenings can be spent sipping bubbly while watching the sun set over the water. A high-spec kitchen invites you to whip up delicious meals that can be enjoyed either indoors or out, and the breakfast bar is where you can discuss the day's plans over coffee and breakfast. Sleeping four guests, the apartment's two bedrooms are spacious and inviting, with the master suite furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom two luxury singles. Each bedroom has its own television which is perfect for afternoon relaxation or late-night viewing.

To the front of the development, the landscaped shared gardens overlook the sparkling waters of Carbis Bay and features a lush lawn and borders planted with wild grasses and palm trees. The South West Coast Path lies just 5 minutes from the front door, while the beach is just 10 minutes' walk. Perfect for outdoor escapades, the sheltered bay has something for visitors of every age, from sandcastle-building and splashing in the shallows to stand up paddle boarding and kayak safaris. Around the corner you'll find St Ives where you can stroll gallery-lined streets, peruse boutique shops, and enjoy a bite to eat alongside its beautiful harbour. It's a 30-minute walk along the South West Coast Path, or a 5-minute drive. Alternatively hop aboard Carbis Bay's single-track railway for a truly relaxing way to enjoy the magnificent surrounding scenery and views of the coastline.

Mermaid's Secret is a sea view apartment that caters for couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday in Carbis Bay. It’s not suitable for party groups. Please note that Mermaid's Secret is unable to accept bookings from contractors.

We ask our guests for a £250 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
