「We were originally booked in Lucerne, but after a less-than-ideal hotel experience, we made a last-minute switch to Villa Honegg—and it did not disappoint. Perched high on a hill, the staff greeted us with warmth and impeccable service from the moment we arrived. The views were breathtaking, and even our mountainside room felt serene and luxurious. Amenities: 5 stars. Food: 5 stars (dinner and breakfast were both exceptional). Staff: 5 stars. And yes—there’s a distinct cow scent drifting off...

Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......」
