“The Oliver is a fun, boutiquey hotel with two restaurants attached to it. We ended up eating somewhere else because there was a foul odor coming from one of the restaurants. After we checked out, I found out there was a speak easy on premises. I wish I had known because I really would have liked to have gone. The front desk lady was super nice. Love the champagne when we checked in. ”

“Very clean room, beautiful hotel itself with really nice decorating and very friendly staff. I do wish there was a free or reduced parking option nearby because having to valet every night did get a bit expensive. ”

“Fitness center pathetic, restaurant overpriced small portions, room set up very cramped and hard to maneuver around, in room fridge door did not shut properly, ice machine, unplugged with out of order sign that looked like it had been there for quite sometime! Only parking option is $40/day valet, not told this when booking! Overall this hotel experience is what I'd expect from a $75/night Red Roof Inn not an over $200/night (including valet and taxes) hotel. Stayed at the Graduate at Ole Miss……

“There was blood on our bed sheets. Also, the floor was so dirty my feet were black when I went to get dressed in the morning. When we checked out in the morning and told the person at the desk, their response was, “We will have to check it out.” Not a good experience.”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“Left and did not stay.. room was in horrible condition. Cigarette burns in wall, bed, linens. Heavy smoke smell and very unclean. Not like the pictures at all.”
