“I only have one small complaint about our stay at Dancing Bear Lodge - the mattress needs replacing (it felt like falling in a hole). Everything else was wonderful - clean, comfortable, welcoming, attractive. Loved welcome basket and lots of towels. Setting is lovely and nice comp'd breakfast at Apple Valley Cafe. Would gladly stay here again.”

“Awesome place to stay. The room was clean, neat and modern and made up every day. The furniture made the room feel like home, instead of all hoytie toytie like the bigger hotels. The young lady that checked us in was very professional and friendly. Rates were reasonable. I would highly recommend this motel and will stay there again should we visit TN in the future.”

“Unfortunately they forgot to do the room service (house keeping). Should not happen for this price level …”

“We chose Home2Suites West for two reasons: 1) It was close to the U Tenn, where we were part of a working dog study, which was why we were there, and 2) we were able to bring our working dogs to stay at the most welcoming dog-friendly motels in the area. About the motel: It is very convenient to both I75 and U Tenn (15 min from the building we were meeting at). There is a Kroger 2 minutes away, many restaurants within the same distance. About the service: Thank you Dave! You are an excellent……

“This comment is directed to Expedia. We chose this hotel over the courtyard because they advertised a manager’s reception. The hotel staff stated that this was not the case and that they had repeatedly told Expedia to remove the statement but Expedia failed to do so.”

“My stay was fine, room clean, excellent breakfast but all of the staff were great. Pleasant and accommodating and very professional. One of the best staff members I’ve seen in a long time. From front desk to housekeeping ”

“There is little problem with bath soap machine. However, we got lot soaps. The staff is really nice and friendly. We definitely will come back next time.”

“Doors to room slam hard and loud. Other people staying at the hotel didn’t care to gently shut their doors, so doors slammed in the middle of the night. Rooms were fairly clean, but both rooms we had the bathroom walls had something on them. No hot tub and pool was really cold. Otherwise was a decent stay for the price.”
