“The temperature in his room was very high, but they said there was nothing they could do because the boss was not at home. There are no customers in other rooms, and it is still said that there are no free rooms to replace. They rejected your request very calmly. There is no better word to evaluate them. “Late evening check in after a long drive, this hotel was like heaven. Seriously, the hotel is newer, clean with great amenities and the staff is terrific! I definitely will earmark this location for a planned stop on my treks down to the southern states!”

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament with our daughter and her team. The hotel was a quick 2 min walk to the convention center. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet started early at 6a so the the team had time to eat before walking to the convention center. many negative comments about the traffic noise but we always travel with a white noise machine so we had no issues with noise. we had a great stay! ”

“Lobby and service desk were the quality I would expect of Hampton Inn. Not impressed with the rooms. Much older than any other Hampton I've stayed and they are my hotel of choice. No body wash, no conditioner in shower dispensers. Bathroom tile old and stained. Would not recommend or return to this location. Great area, but hotel was not worth price. ”

“The valet was very helpful when our windshield shattered. Safelite was given directions to where our car was. Lobby personnel were gracious and friendly. The daily wine hour provided a beautiful scene of the city. Food was delicious!!”

Staff was very accommodating! The room served its purpose and I slept quite well! If u want the Ritz, make a reservation there! Again, u get what u pay for!”
