「We had a very peaceful stay. Our room was clean and quiet. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Continental breakfast was pastries and cereals, but worked fine for us.」

「This was the worst experience. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and wrecked. Our initially assigned room had a faulty door, and when we returned late at night, we couldn't get it open. We had to make multiple trips to the office before finally being given a new room. The AC was terrible as well. I would not recommend this place for families.」

「Very relaxing」

「Room was clean and looked nice. Bathroom too small with terrible water pressure and a very wobbly commode. Breakfast was grab and go in a breakfast room that was locked and was not accessible until after 7:30. If you are there to see bears at Cades Cove, it puts you up there a little late. Being just grab and go, maybe they could make it accessible earlier by room key code. Our room had no microwave and the only one that available was in the breakfast room and was very small and under powered....

「Lovely place to stay. Staff friendly, room clean, loved the hot tub.」

「Everything was great」

「We had a great time, the staff and the place was outstanding.」

「Great place very clean」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「Very friendly staff, great location, comfortable beds, great pool/hot tub/firepits. The outdoor hot tub was not even warm, but the indoor was great. Very good breakfast.」
