Came to Jacksonville for grandson's baseball tournament, fairly close (15 minutes) to venue. Unit was very clean, well stocked. Never saw the pool but didn't really look hard to find. We would stay here again if needed. Thanks

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It is spacious and very clean. It is located close to shopping and across the street there is a strip mall with 2 great restaurants and a convenience store, plus an Urgent Care just in case. The area is quiet and has lots to do for the kids with parks and the pool. We will definitely rent again.

We were in town for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary and needed a few extra beds for the family. This condo worked perfectly - it was nearby the rest of our family, as well as convenient to anything else we might need. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Fantastic amenities

A great stay With a ton of positives. The pool was a little difficult to locate, and the law was hard to close. We figured out if you hold the door shut while you push the button, it works perfectly. It was super clean and quiet department was well kept in the perfect location for our soccer camp. The gym and pool were amazing. I would stay in heartbeat.

Graduation

We enjoyed the location of the property. It was within 1/2 block to walk to restaurants and ice cream place in one direction and within walking distance to pool in another if you choose not to go out in car. Home was comfortable and quiet. Only downside was parking- only enough room for one car in parking spot. If you had another car or people over, they parked around corner if you could find a spot. I definitely will look at this again next year for the next graduation. Thank you to property owners for sharing your home with us.

I was visiting my grandson who is serving in the Navy and just returned from a year deployment in the Middle East. The condo was perfect. Everyone had a comfortable bedroom. Kitchen was completely stocked. Washer and dryer really helped. The owner was a true gentleman. I hope to stay there again.Also the pool was incredible.

The property was as listed. Everything was clean and tidy with the exception of the coffee pot. Having a broom would have also been great to tidy up from day to day, but overall everything was well. The addition of bikes to this rental would also be a great asset. My kids enjoyed the community center with the pool and basketball court.

Perfect space and super clean

This truly was a home away from home. The condo is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The open floor plan provided lots of space so our large family could interact, but not feel like we are stepping on each other. The pool / clubhouse are two streets over, but it was an easy drive and our older kids could walk it easily. The directions on how to get to the pool and clubhouse were excellent as well. We used the pool, the slide, the playground, the lap pool, and we played ping pong! There was also a basketball court.The location of the condo was good too, but a lot of our activities were a 25-35 minute drive away, so having a car was essential for us. It is conveniently located between Jacksonville and St. Augustine and we visited both. There are several beaches within 25-45 minute drive, which made day trips easy as well.The internet was also great, so I was able to make this a "working" vacation when needed and the kids could use all of their devices with no problems.We definitely recommend the property and we look forward to staying again next year!

Nice Townhome and Good Location

Townhouse clean and comfortable. Lots of utensils plates,etc, in kitchen. A few maintenance issues. Thermostat was not properly mounted on wall just hanging by the wires to it which made it difficult to control. Master bath sink had a leak. Dishwasher inoperative(we knew about dishwasher before renting since it was on Vrbo site). called property mgr. about sink and thermostat and he was aware of these issues but had no taken care of these before our arrival. Pool area about a minute drive from house, very nice especially for children.

Nice 3 bedroom condo but a long walk to the pool!

I rely on these reviews, so I'm giving an honest review of our stay. The first picture on this listing is the pool, but it's a solid 15-20 minute walk away or a 5 minute drive in the car. To me, that was a bit misleading. The pool was also slammed with people all weekend, so we had to bring our own chairs. The space inside the property is great. There is a large living room, fully stocked kitchen, and nice sized bedrooms. The air conditioner worked great, but it was on a timer of some kind. We woke up to a warm condo on our first 2 mornings, but once we resolved that issue, no problems! There is a really nice television in the living room, and it was very easy to navigate with Netflix, etc. The condo is in need of a deep clean- especially around the baseboards and above eye level. Upon arrival at night, there was no working light above the exterior door. In fact, we could hardly find the door at first because there was a huge banana plant obstructing the path. There is a significantly raised joint in the flooring between between the dining room and kitchen. We all painfully stubbed our toes at least once. The dishwasher was not working and had not been working for some time as it was even noted in the condo's guest booklet. All dishes are to be hand washed. Several of the towels in the hall closet had a strong mildew smell and should be washed. The sliding glass door does not lock, but there is a bar you can slide down for security.
