We loved our time here, it is in a central location in walking distance of everything in town. A parking pass is provided to enable free parking. The hosts were very accommodating, great place!

Perfect St. John’s Homestay!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to St. John’s! It felt like we were in our own place as we were able to cook our own food, do laundry, and have plenty of space and comfort, not to mention be in a superb location with easy walking access to the heart of downtown and free parking just next to the house. 10/10 would stay there again!

Nice Suite Downtown

This is a perfect little suite if you’re visiting and don’t have a vehicle to get around as it is so central. The neighbourhood was quite quiet, despite being on a main road, and it had all the amenities one would need. It was clean and beautifully decorated.

Great Place to Stay

Place is clean, and as described in the advertisement. Located in a good spot near downtown; allows you to get to popular areas without the need of a vehicle. Parking pass is provided with the apartment, however, parking may be difficult due to on street parking; you may have to park in an area thats away from the apartment. Quick response by the host when messaged. Would stay again!

Great location. Recently updated. Good unit. Only cons are a bit noisy from the street traffic and a bit of an old building smell. Could not open windows at night as wide open to anyone coming in at street level.

Great Location but...

Overall, our stay here was great. It was in a great location, parking was easy, and the place was clean and comfortable. The place is not quiet as big as the pictures make it look, but it was comfortable for 2 people for a couple nights. However, where it loses some points on our end is the check-in process. You need to complete a verification process with a site called "Superhog" which at the time of this review, I can't figure out how they store this information, or for how long. You also have to either allow a $800 damage deposit authorization on your credit card (with a $24 non-refundable transaction fee) or purchase a $56 damage waiver (also non-refundable). I guess VRBO coverage and verification is not sufficient, but this isn't mentioned anywhere in their property information. Slightly increases the price and being unable to verify how they store/process the information on Superhog is concerning. Otherwise though, it is a great place to stay. 4/5 stars.

The location was fantastic - four minutes to The Duke! And the flat was great: clean, spacious with excellent storage options (some unpacked). There was also plenty of supplies - paper towel, garbage bags, tea, coffee, etc. that took it to that extra level. We loved it and will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Fabulous location; great hosts!

This apartment fits a whole lot of character into its modest square footage! Even though it's right on a corner on a pretty busy street, we slept like babies every night of our stay. The hosts' instructions before and during our trip were thorough and timely. Highly recommend!

It's a small, cute, efficient place. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Place was clean and well designed layout. It is cozy, so a great spot for a short stay if it's just yourself and maybe one other. Within walking distance of downtown.
