「This property is not manned by people in the building. The entire check-in process is operated by a virtural agent. It made the experience more difficult than I expect at a hotel. For example, I arrived in the evening, wanted to make an adjustment to my stay (change dates) but was unable to do so. When we got to the room, we had would have liked additional pillows, but we couldn't get them because there wasn't anyone at the main desk, as it is only staff during the day. It was a frustrating...

「We had a wonderful one-night stay and were genuinely impressed with the experience. The room was very unique and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel special right away. We especially loved the jacuzzi and fireplace, both added a relaxing and romantic touch to our stay.
