“The staff was in great spirits, helped with extra sheets and a pillow when we asked. They checked on us which was appreciated. The smoke alarms were taken down, the mirrors were not cleaned in a long time. The residents were terrifying.
The mattress cover looked like there had been a massacre. We will not be back. ”

“The hotel room was dirty there was a cigarette hole in the bed The only thing great about this room was that there wasn't bed bugs The water never got hot in the sink The heater didn't work it kept going off in the middle of the night and I couldn't get it to turn back on because the power was being tripped by using it.
