They remembered our room number and names, always greeted us when we returned, and were super helpful. Rooms need some upgrading as they are older, our bathroom sink leaked, but they had everything we needed with a fridge, microwave in the room. "

"The floor in the room was super dirty. The room didn’t look fully cleaned. The bed was clean but that’s about it. Breakfast was horrible. Juice tasted like water. They had toast and cearl and pancakes that they individually wrapped in ziplock bags and put in the fridge. The juices tasted horrible. Flavoured water. I would not stay here ever again."
