It's a very large and roomy space for a couple with a nice view of the St. Lawrence. The location is perfect for exploring the area and easy access to Canada over the bridge in Ogdensburg.”

“We rented Cottage #1 for the 2024 solar eclipse and it was perfect! The unit had a beautiful view of the lake from both sleeping areas, was clean and quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. The cottage was also beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail! During our stay we enjoyed painting some rocks for the property grounds, fishing from the canoe, and just relaxing around the fire. The only thing we would change is the length of our stay - we wish we stayed longer and……

“An inviting clean and lovely property. Perfect for a single person, couple, or in my case traveling with a grown son where we each had our own bed to sleep on. All the comforts of home with beautiful sunsets every night (weather permitting). The host very responsive to any inquiry. We rented off season so very quiet and the year rounders very friendly. Would rent again for sure!”

“Very clean nice home. Only big suggestion is a propane grill rather then the small charcoal grill. Also shower door and regular door in bathroom of master bedroom need attention. Owner very accomadating. Would rent again- with hopes of different grill.”

“We loved staying in this quiet cabin with our cats for 3 nights. We arrived at night and we're so glad to see the twinkle lights on the cabin because our GPS had stopped just off the road. There are two bedrooms with memory foam mattress and a full kitchen with all the coffee and tea you could ever want! The living room has a big tv that's wifi enabled so I could cast to it from my phone. The wifi was so great to have, not much service anywhere else. There are a couple miles of hiking trails on……

“Have stayed at these cabins before. Always quaint and cozy. Usually go with a snowmobiling buddy but took my fiance this time. She loved and adored the area and the cabins/setting. Awesome host, thanks Brian, great location, highly recommended. Will definitely stay again!!”

“Beautiful cottage, clean, excellent view. We used the boat every day. It was gassed up and worked fine. There is a wood pile for camp fires. Muliple kyaks, canoes, and a stand up paddleboard. I saw loons on the lake (first time for me) and we heard owls at night. The fridge was clean and empty when we arrived...so you do need to bring any condiments, etc you might need. They do have salt & pepper. They have a kerig and a regular drip coffee pot. Highly recommend staying here...we hope to come……

“This place is absolutely perfect for any visit to Clarkson! So clean and comfortable and only four minutes away from campus. Wish I would have found this on our first visit. It is close, yet so relaxing by the river with so many things to do to relax. Beth, the host, is very kind and helpful for absolutely anything you may need. Definitely recommend to any first year parents for a perfect place to stay throughout your childs college events throughout the years!”

“Tiny House is exactly what it is, it was perfect for what we needed and affordable. All the hotel chains in the area are outrageously over priced all the time. This rental is perfect for a couple or single person staying a night or two. Its an all open floor space, double bed is a fotone & queen bed was up on a loft. 3 of us with a dog stayed 1 night, my 17 year old was the better option to climb up to queen bed, my husband and i stayed on the couch bed and our 50lb dog laid on his dog bed……
