“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.”

“The hotel looks and feels good. Numerous bus stops nearby will get you most places, grocery store downstairs. Basic breakfast. Security guard on every floor was odd. Rude staff. ”

“good location nearby the Liverpool Street Station, just few mins walk, easy to reach the underground, shops and restaurants, nice room with good space. only problem is the opposite building is under re-construction, a little bit mess”

“A very trendy morden Japanese hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite with an excellent balcony. The service is excellent with very friendly staff. Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.”

“The suite was really nice and the staff very friendly. As it is an old building, the windows are a bit small which makes the room darker but it fits the interior design. Overall we had a really nice stay at this hotel for two nights. Currently there is a big construction site opposite the hotel and while the road was closed, it wasn't noisy. ”

“It was very hot and they bent over backwards to help me stay cool. When the second fan was a bit weak, they bought a new third standing fan.”

“Reception was very helpful. I like the free mini bar in the room. The breakfast was great and has many choice. Just only the staff was a bit rude when we were ordering the breakfast. The hotel location is excellent as it’s just next to the train and tube stations. ”

“Very pleasant boutique lodgings for a budget price. The bedroom had beautiful wood-panelling while the bathroom looked brand new. Nice touches like daily glass bottles of mineral water. The property felt secure thanks to a touchpad entry system and the friendly bar staff let me store my luggage after checkout. Although the rooms are above a pub, it's not a partially raucous one and it closes at 11pm, so noise didn't cause an issue for sleeping. ”

Mini bar is complimentary and all staff in particular Katia is considerate, friendly and willing to offer advice on transportation and attractions. A hotel that will make your stay in London comfortable and memorable.”
