Very helpful and kind staff. Pack n play and high chairs were available for our baby. Breakfast was exceptionally good and had an espresso/latte/coffee machine with freshly ground coffee and different syrups. Room was very clean. Guest laundry available if needed.

The elevator wouldn’t work when we got there had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. The bathroom smelled terrible. The metal bed frame popped all night. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel

This best western is really nice clean and a great staff. They have a nacho bar in the evening that is good they have free soft serve ice cream and coffee in the lobby around the clock they are remodeling or repainting the building and you have to enter the building in the back near the patio it’s not a really busy location and it’s far enough away from the city to get a reasonable price I recommend it for travel or stay if you are working in the area

This hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were soo comfortable. We LOVED the free nacho bar and free ice cream. We have made note to stay here again next time we are in town for multiple days. We had one issue that was no ones fault. The fire alarms went off. My daughter freaked out and ran off. The woman working the front desk was amazing. When the alarms went off a second time she again was very sweet and caring. Breakfast was delicious. So many choices for all needs. Waffles in 2 different flavors, eggs, bacon, quiche, biscuit and gravy, a yogurt machine with toppings to make your own parfet. Muffins, bagels, oatmeal, cereals, juice, and much more! The breakfast staff was very hard working cleaning and greeting guests. They kept the food from running out too. Ive never felt more at home at a hotel than this one. The gal working check in on 11/15/25 deserves a big raise and praises for her calm and hard working aditude. The woman working breakfast also deserves a raise for her attention to details and bright happy cheerful morning aditude.

Comfortable beds; room was nicely updated - laminate flooring instead of carpet; breakfast was good; attendant was wonderful! Wish they had a decaf coffee option in the lobby/breakfast area. There was construction going on. Nothing was mentioned on their site or any information from Expedia so you also receive a bad score! Although the construction is minor and temporary the signage of where to go was poor! Room seemed clean but different smell. I always carry room fresheners. However there was no hand soap to use after going to the restroom. There was no body wash which was discovered while husband was showering and the quality of the shampoo was terrible. Left a sticky residue in his hair. I contacted the hotel in regards to all this and were very apologetic. However they cannot issue and sort of credit for the inconveniences we experienced since using a third party booking site. I believe this will be the last time I do. Really didn't save anything! And had added aggravation which I am sure will not be addressed by Expedia!
