Great location with some minor inconveniences.

The property is definitely a basement apartment with people living above it. The good things were being able to cook some of our own meals in the kitchen, a large and comfortable bed, TV with many channels, affordable price, clean, and we could walk to the grocery store and area restaurants. The things that need improvement were small things that could be fixed, such as needing more utensils, the toilet clogged, the fire alarm went off when cooking toast, the freezer shocked our hands, the air was in the living room so the bedroom would get warm at night, the couch has seen better days. The owner was pleasant and accessible.

Nice short stay

Check in was easy once I figure out which gate to go through (the one to the right of the house). Shanika & her husband are friendly and respond quickly. The unit was clean with plenty of towels. I did not cook while here so I can’t comment as to the kitchen cookware provided. I was able to stay with my dog which was awesome. It’s conveniently located to a lot. I will say the bed is really high and it is hard to get to the left side of the bed based on how it is laid out in the room & size of the bedroom. It was just me so it wasn’t an issue, but just a heads up. I have no real complaints!
