Nice southside 4 flat. All units are dog friendly. Nice size yard. Good resurant around the corner to south and dog friendly cafe on the around the corner to south

Nice Neighborhood Apartment

My spouse and I stayed at this 1bedroom apartment for 3.5 weeks. The space is large, especially the bedroom. The bathroom has been updated and there is a good closet organizer in the master bedroom.The kitchen is okay, not enough dishes, etc. for a three week stay without having to use dishwasher often. Not equipped for a lot of cooking, but then again most folks probably don’t stay for a long time.Brandon, the host, was a good communicator. Even sent us a warning when tornadoes were coming into St. Louis.

Fabulous property

The pictures accurately described the property. Great location to lots of places to eat and visit. Place was nice and clean and hosed was responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

It was OK until I got charged for a couch that was already broken this was already broken not happy

The couch was broke when I got there so I have to wonder how many other people have been charged as I was considering the place was cleaner when I left when it was when I got there
