「Very beautiful unit. Very clean. Host was accommodating when a double booking occurred. We were very communicative about the situation and their solution. The walls are thin between units but other than that, I would stay again!」

「I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. With that said, I probably wouldn't stay here with more than 2 adults unless...

「The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...

「The property was in an “ok” neighborhood and the stairs were challenging for luggage. There wasn’t a true sofa, only a love seat so that wasn’t optimal. The host was very nice and lived on property.」
