「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels.
Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an...

「The AC didn’t work at all, I was almost frozen even I set it to be 85 F. It was terrible to stay one night with no heating on.
The room was also not clean, the first room they gave me was completely used. After switch to the second one, the bed and bathroom was cleaned, but you could tell the sofa, desk, chair was used by last customer. Pillows were everywhere, bathroom didn’t have towels except one hand towel.
