“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“I was so happy with my stay! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I can’t say that about some other places I went in St Louis. The room was clean and nice. I was so impressed with the complimentary breakfast. There was some great choices but most of all they had gluten free muffins and bagels. I have a gluten allergy, so I was over the moon that they had gluten free options. The only down side was that parking was tight and limited. But overall a great stay.”
