"Wonderful stay"

"The rooms were so clean and nice, the breakfast and happy hour menu was delicious, and I loved the fact you need your key card to get in and out of the parking lot and hotel at night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. "

"Maybe it was just a rough weekend for staff, I used to work for Hyatt regency as a senior captain for banquets so I’m very familiar with how Hyatt is ran. There were only a few staff members that were helpful, professional and respectful and that happen to be the gentleman that checked me in, valet staff were sweet, 2 ladies that checked me out and the sweet woman that took my order at Starbucks. Additionally there were 3 individuals that were absolutely rude when my guest stepped outside and did not have her key card, the gentleman that refused to help her was very rude to her when she tried buzzing the button to get help. The security guard additionally was very rude when monitoring floors. Left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I’ve always held Hyatt to the highest standards but those specific interactions was a little sour. Hotel was very clean though!"

"Nice Clean close to where we needed to be "

"It is okay, but old and terrible room condition."

"Food was good and a fair amount of variety. Didn't expect to have to pay an additional 32 for parking as there was no place else to park, so the hotel has a monopoly on that. Really close to Busch stadium which is why we chose this hotel along with the food and beverage in the evening. Should start that part if it 30 earlier if there is a ballgame."

"Clean room "

"Liked - (1) Front desk kindly provided us two hot & tired cyclists with complementary snacks & water. (2) I don’t care about having a large room, but for those that do, this one scores high. Disliked - (1) You can’t walk to anything from the site, other than the sad nearby casino and its mediocre food. You’re isolated here unless with a car. (2) I had some desk work to do. This was challenging because the desk chair in the room was almost comically low (height non-adjustable) but the desk a bit higher than average. A very odd combo. It did not work for me (a quite tall guy struggling in a bizarrely low chair) and would not have worked for my tiny wife (who would have loved the chair but not have been able comfortably to reach the table top). So, not a good place to get work done. I asked the front desk if there were any other chairs available. He said, No; and made it clear he’d dealt with this request many times before. (3) breakfast was mediocre (though that’s not unusual for similar hotels)."
