“The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). “Overpriced. No management on duty. Understaffed. No chair in room, no coffee in room and after asking for it twice had to go to the restaurant to get coffee to go. No remote in room. Windows filthy. Great concept and location but the most poorly run hotel I have ever experienced. Staff were helpful at front desk with what they had to work with. Management sorely lacking and should be restrained or replaced. I spent my professional life as an efficiency expert and quality control……

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……

“The hotel was so convenient to my husband’s medical appointments and procedures. The room was welcoming at just the right temperature. The bed was so very comfortable. I liked having a small sofa to relax instead of a room with one comfort chair and a desk chair. The bathroom was clean. My favorite two things were the warm welcome cookies and the reading lamps attached to the side of the headboard.”

“The bathroom had hair on walls. The floor was wet like someone had showered before we arrived! And we arrived at 9:00 pm at night. The room had cockroaches and looked like blood on door. The area also felt unsafe. We were approached right outside door to hotel by woman begging for money and physically following us to car and knocking on our car windows. Very expensive for horrible hotel. Would never stay there again.”

“Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience”
