"Staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Bathrooms were well appointed with lots of fluffy towels and a deep tub to bathe in at the end of a long day. The bed was tremendously, supportive and comforting at the same time, like sleeping on a cloud. I would definitely come back here to rest and recharge. "

"The room was nice and the check-in staff was courteous! We used the skywalk to walk to the casino and it’s a good idea to keep from having to go outside however the skywalk and the very long hallway to the casino entrance all smelled terrible. Even inside the casino in most places smelled like sewage. I’m not sure if it was because of the renovations they have going on but I would definitely make sure it didn’t smell before booking here again, which is a bummer because I was super excited about the room with view of the Arch! "

"We arrived late at night on a Friday and had an easy time with check-in. The receptionist (I think his name was Daniel), was so funny and helpful! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We were a great distance from everything we wanted to do in STL this weekend! We definitely will be back for the next trip! "
