「Wonderful hotel in a historic YMCA building downtown. First class interiors, art collection, ambiance, and rooms. The room was small but well appointed. Very quiet. All amenities (no microwave), including wonderful Italian coffee machine. We also had an amazing cocktail hour with the bartender in the lobby. He knows his craft very well. We’ll be starting here often in the future. 」

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). 「The hotel was great and the customer service was outstanding! Just a couple of suggestions: there were no trash bags in trash cans, no bag for laundry and the biggest suggestion MICROWAVE IN THE ROOMS!! Went to an event and by the time we made it back to hotel there was no way to heat up leftovers from lunch and nothing open to order from. Just suggestions, but a beautiful property!!」
