The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place!

This is a townhouse is connected to one other townhouse. The townhouse is about 1500 sqft so there is plenty of room for everyone in your family. All of the TVs are smart TVs so you can watch all of favorite apps. The game room is located off of the family room. Upstairs is where you will sleep. At the top of the stairs is the first room that has 2 queen beds and also a large master with a king bed.
Quiet hours start at 10pm Parties of any kind will be subject to damages and $250 fee Smoking in the house will result in a $250 fee. This include tobacco, drugs of any kind and vaping. Guest are required to email all Government ID and Plate numbers or cars on the on the property This unit will be allowed to have 3 cars in the parking lot.

There was mold. It was dirty. There were cracks in the walls and the ceiling looked like it might fall down. The windows didn’t work. The shower was made of plastic and floor tiles and moved as you stood on it. There were just a few random cooking utensils and dishes. The beds were worn out. The doors were rotting. There were bugs and mouse traps. Some lighting fixtures didn’t work. The host was uncontactable and the outsourced customer service was useless.

Host unavailable broken dishwasher and coffee maker unequipped kitchen 5 plates 2 mugs 1 skillet programmable thermostat set on 63* stairs very unsafe burnt out lightbulbs and ceiling fans inoperable in 3 rooms 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days had to purchase or own. Very dissatisfied.

4th of July in St Charles

Poor communication with property owner we told him of issues including two ceiling fans not working missing lightbulbs broken coffee maker unusable backyard due to negligence old stove and broken chair in backyard dirty back porch he responded on the first day he would bring lightbulbs and never came even though he said he lived one block away

This property was clean and offered basic amenities, but is a very old historic home and lacks the luster and comfort of most homes, but has needed repairs and improvements to have a 5 star rating.
