"Overall I had a positive experience because of the event occuring duriong the time of my visit. The staff was friendly, helpful and professtional. I was grateful after a long travel trip to be greeted by kind staff - reception, valet, security. Each very different and very helpful. Breakfast was fine both dayss. The surrounding area is was not desirable. We felt safe because our stay was during the Beatification of Archbishop Fulton Sheen so there was alot of traffic, cars and people everywhere. The condition of the front desk, lobby and rooms are very good. Disappointing was the hallway, up near the rooms. Unfortunately, the location is the only thing that would kept me from rebooking."

"A bit off the beating path, but well worth the walk or ride there. Unfortunately I was only there for a day, so missed out on many of the amenities. But will definitely book here again and take advantage of all they have to offer. P.S. The room are well kept, roomy, and comfortable."
