With 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds), 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and bathtub, and amenities like AC, a hairdryer, and a fitness room, this space is perfect for guests looking for a serene retreat. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in St. Louis. This stylish loft in Midtown is located near Union Station, Energizer Park, City Foundry, Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, Chaifetz Arena, Top Golf, The City Museum, and The Fox .

    The property also features a rooftop with a pool (pool closed for the season), terrace, garden, multiple private office spaces, functional elevators, a lounge area, free gated parking, fireplace, dog park, propane grills, and a mini market.

    The loft consists of a completely renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a fully furnished living room. In addition to, elevated ceilings throughout the unit and a coffee bar. The two bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds that include new crisp white bed coverings, pillows, and linens. Every room includes a smart TV with complimentary Netflix. There is also a vintage PacMan game with over 10 arcade games!

    Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, body/hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

Perfect area. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and deck. Excellent view. We were very comfortable and happy.

Our stay here was wonderful and worked out perfectly for our weekend in STL! The apartment was great for my kiddos and I! We had plenty of room! My car was safely parked across the street from the building in a gated lot. We found a great place within walking distance for brunch that we absolutely loved called Latte Lounge HG Eatery! We love the rooftop terrace at this building, it has great views of downtown STL! The only downside was that we couldn’t access the pool. The key fob didn’t unlock the door to the pool, but it wasn’t a huge deal and we didn’t reach out to the owner/company about it because that weekend was overcast and rainy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious, and any questions we had were answered right away by the owner! Excellent service for sure! I highly recommend staying here if you’re in STL! I would absolutely stay here again!
