This spacious 1200 square foot, 2 bed/1 bath loft in the heart of downtown St. Louis' Historic Washington Avenue District is the perfect place to enjoy everything the city has to offer!

This loft has been converted from a 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom and comfortably sleeps 6! The 2nd bedroom is in the living area and is closed off by 6-foot room dividers. This is a true loft!

Great views of Washington Ave city lights!

Spacious and clean, this loft has everything you need. Master suite includes a queen bed, walk-in closet with a full-length mirror. The second bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed. Dining room table accommodates six guests comfortably. Open concept kitchen and living room make a great gathering place. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, 4k Roku HDTV and seating for 6.
Includes washer and dryer, fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen, coffee maker, clothes steamer, and WiFi.

Definitely not relaxing.
The security gate to the parking lot was broken so we had to pay for parking in the gated area next door, which you have to pay each time you enter the lot unless there's someone working. We did get reimbursed for $15 a day. The room had not been cleaned before we got there. The front call box had been busted and was unusable. Every night there's fighting on the streets and commotion. There was a pipe that kept leaking water onto the floor in the bedroom. Mold and rust.

Arthur did a great job of taking care of any questions we had. He responded quickly whenever we contacted him. The loft was a lot of fun to stay in!

Loved it
Lofts was very clean and looked just like the photos. I felt very safe the whole time I was there. Place had everything I needed in it. I thought the place was quiet, or as quiet as you can get in a big city. I also had no problems with the neighborhood. I know that when I go to St. Louis again, I want to stay in the loft again.

StLouis weekend getaway
Location was great! Close to everything! City museum is literally right out the backdoor. Plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. Host was very responsive and helpful! Toilet paper wasnt restocked and when I asked about it, he delivered more the next day. Everyone we came into contact with in the building was very pleasant! The only thing we wished we had was more dish soap and kitchen towels. But yay did not impact the quality of our stay.

Family getaway - low traffic, walkable
Great loft and great off street parking. Walkable to many restaurants and the arch. Low traffic for a downtown area making it easy to drive around as well. Would recommend!

Not a great area or family friendly accommodations
Even though this loft is right beside the City Museum, I would not recommend it for a family stay. The neighborhood is not safe, building is dingy. During the day, the security door at the front wasn't closed. Instructions said to use the intercom system to contact security for clearance into the building, but the door was propped open allowing anyone to walk right in. In the unit, the peephole on the door was broken and a piece of cardboard was pushed into it to cover it. There was an area of the ceiling in the bedroom that was covered in rust and/or water spots from leaks of a pipe and a pipe was dripping outside in the hallway. There was a low battery in a smoke detector in the unit next door that you could hear at night when trying to sleep. The first night, after already being in for the night, I was called by the owner and told that due to problems in the lot I was instructed to park in, I should park in the city museum parking lot (which was $15) and I would be reimbursed by him after check out. Since I was already in my pajamas I did not move it that night. Luckily nothing was wrong with the car but I saw another car with it's back window busted out. I parked the car in the city museum parking lot the next night but still have not been reimbursed for the $15 it cost. Also on the first night, even though the unit is on the 10th floor. I could hear a group of people yelling on the street around 11pm for around 40 minutes before the cops came.

Loved It
The gate for the parking doesn't work, so it is not really gated parking. It is right by the City Museum, which was great. It was quite and cozy. The security for the building was good. We would recommend this property!!!
