“Different kind of stay- think upmarket Airbnb but as a hotel.
No staff on site- (although there was when we checked in as the house keeper and the owner appeared to be doing some maintenance).
So all done by email- you get a code to access the doors.
Our room was ready at 1pm- so it's an early check in which is good.
Room was tidy and clean.
Stayed in family room 5- has a double bed and a single bed.
Things to improve
-The soap dispenser fires the soap out all over you as it's mounted very……

“What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space.
Linda was quick to contact me as soon as the booking went through, requesting my preferences for milk and bread - so thoughtful.

“Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed.
Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!”
