“Wonderful stay! The home is super cozy and the lay out and labels made the space welcoming. I love when a rental is labeled and allows you to ease right into vacation mode. We loved all the pics, balloons and personal touches you added to celebrate our anniversary. We loved watching sunset from the dock, playing cards on the deck and enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. Your kitchen was also fully stocked with essentials, which we greatly appreciate. Again, overall a wonderful stay and would……

“Waking up to the rising sun on the Bay was spectacular. So peaceful and rejuvenating. Make sure you checkout out Calvert Cliffs State Park too. You’ll get a workout on the multiple trails and a beautiful shoreline at the end to find some natural treasures!! Sunshine Cottage was well equipped and clean as a whistle. Beds were amazingly comfortable too. Hosts Rhett and Kay couldn’t be more responsive to inquiries. Overall great experience and would recommend for a lovely getaway. Thank you!! ……

“Hard to imagine we could wish for anything more the place ( indoors and outdoors) were about as perfect as anyone deserves. Seems like they have been very thoughtful about anticipating whatever a person would need. One petty thing would be a light over the kitchen sink.Wanting to stay longer and longer and longer would have been the desired long term outcome. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay on Smith island in this adorable cottage. Laura the host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Being first timers to the island, I had several questions that were answered very quickly. The cottage was clean, well stocked (which is important for this type of unique experience) and decorated very cute. The local people were very friendly and we enjoyed the scenery of the island. We will definitely be back!”

“The only positive about this place in my opinion, is its location. The view looking AWAY from the house are wonderful. The house and property are old, dilapidated and not at all maintained. I did not expect it to be a perfect venue, but the photos posted by the property owner DO NOT represent the conditions in and around the house. Not only is in poor repair, it is not kept clean either. There was no trash can or trash bags inside. The trash can on the porch was full of garbage when we arrived.……
