"Can't praise this hotel highly enough.Beautifully clean from entering the hotel to our very spacious room. Great quiet area and very peaceful and relaxing ambience. Staff couldn't have been more considerate or helpful, making sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis. "The hotel was nice. Unfortunately the spa pool was closed as they were doing maintenance. You couldn't use the gym after 7pm as it was all closed up unfortunately. I had a few problems with my room but they sent somebody up and dealt with it immediately. There was a smell of drains on my floor and also in my room but it wasn't too bad as you got used to it. The swimming pool seemed really dirty altho I did see them clean it. But I felt some hairs and it looked dirty at the bottom. The pool was very crowded but we dis find a sunbed, although they were very close to eaxhither. The hotel was nice but not exceptional. Breakfast was very good"

"Wverything in the hotel was excellent 👌👍 rooms, spacious, comfortable, well maintained, nice partial ocean view. Food in the restaurants (HB) one of the best we had in the hotel's buffets. We travelled a lot. 3 outdoor Swimmin pools, heated salted water - very warm and comfortable to refresh in almost 40 celsius outdoor temperature. Private beach and sunbeds available. Towel station. What not to like? :)"

"In the main this is a great hotel with many positives. Location is fab , with a bus stop near and a few restaurants / bars in either direction. However there desperately needs to be a crossing on the main road up from the harbour , this is dangerous !!!! Also a supermarket / grocery store closer would be helpful. The hotel itself is full of old charm , the room was spacious and incredibly clean... yes dated as we were in a non refurbished one . However it added to the quaintness. Housekeeping was very good , although I did have to ask reception to move drinks bottles on our corridor that had been left for nearly 2 days. Breakfast was fabulous , a good choice and lovely setting. Finally the swimming pool was definitely the WOW factor. We had a great time using this frequently and never tired of the view xx"

"The quaint hotel Is a little gem. The staff is amazing, very helpful and attentive. A special mention to Frankie who was so informative and provided excellent customer service. The hotel was very clean and had all we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The location is great. Well connected to local attractions and beautiful beaches by public transport. Worth while to buy a flexi ticket for unlimited travel which also includes the ferry crossing (we took the catamaran which departs from Valletta and only takes 45 min to get to Gozo. (€14 return ticket). The island of Gozo is wonderful and people very friendly, I would highly recommend a trip there and definitely staying at the Quaint hotel."

"This lovely property is up the hill from the main port in Mgarr in Gozo and is very well equipped and spacious. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and main living space are a godsend. we travelled in in july and the temperatures were 40C on several days!!! We didnt need a car as the nearby bus stop took you directly to the gorgeous sandy Ramla beach (go to the right end of the beach for the best sands and lovely snorkelling).We arrived late on a friday evening & were greeted by the host - with wine and food as well as a tour of the houses amenities and some excellent tips on how to get around the island.The views from the balconies & terraces are fantastic - its wonderful to watch the ferries and boats come and go from the harbour. You can also clearly see the famous blue lagoon from the terraces! There was a gas BBQ on the terrace and plenty of associated equipment in the kitchen so we ate on the roof and played family games into the night. This is a lovely place to stay. Its easy to get around Gozo and there is plenty to see and do for a week.The villa has beach equipment available as well as the bikes. Be aware that the villa is half way up a pretty steep hill - we elected not to bike in the summer heat even though we are all fit and active. The nearest supermarket is also a bit of a walk away - but opening hours are long and its well equipped. We'd recommend this property for its high standards & the host for his communication & helpfulness"
