「I have a problem with My Parking in Morrison basement. Neither the hotel staff or the Morrisons staff could help. I strongly suggest anyone who need parking during your stay, prebook and prepay the parking by “Pay by Phone”. 」

「We liked our room - it was immaculate and comfortable with a table and chairs. The check-in and bar staff were lovely. Absolutely loved the decor themes, Turkish carpets, paintings, and antique memorabilia. The breakfast was a highlight with plenty of choice and a freshly prepared buffet. 「Nice breakfast buffet which my kids really enjoyed. Good location as it's only a few minutes walk from the Canary Wharf tube station, and it's easy to get to Heathrow too with the new Elizabeth Line. 「We booked this for its closeness to the O2. It ended up, not that accessible for the O2, the outside of the building and area isn’t the best but the room itself made up for it, spacious, modern and very clean. So overall, great value for the price 」

「Only stayed for one night and didn’t spend much time here but from the time we did spend I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Was gutted we didn’t have time to go into the actual pub for food and drinks as the menu looked amazing, the only thing I’d say after looking at the menu is that I don’t think it’s fair to charge extra for gluten free (I’m coeliac) but I can’t moan about anything at all The pub seemed to have a nice atmosphere and the girl that took us to our room was...

「First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!」

"The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake.
