Hello traveller and welcome to our lovely, peaceful 1BR maisonette in the centre of St Pauls Bay, within walking distance of the promenade and basically all the shops.

Upon entering our guests are welcomed by a comfy living area with TV and large sofa. Also accessible is a clean, bedroom fitted with all the linens and towels our guests would require.

A fully equipped kitchen is also available, perfect for any type of stay & with access to WIFI & AC what are you waiting for ? Let us host you!

Living area| Adorned with a stylish yet cozy ambiance, this space features a plush sofa bed that seamlessly transforms into sleeping quarters for two guests. Enjoy moments of relaxation or entertainment with family and friends, surrounded by tasteful decor and ample natural light that accentuates the room's inviting atmosphere.

Kitchen| Our fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with a fridge, oven, and all the necessary cutlery for preparing fantastic meals. Whether you're staying for a shorter or longer duration, you'll find everything you need to create culinary delights right at your fingertips.

Bedrooms| The bedroom is comfortably designed to accommodate two guests in a double bed, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the natural wonders that abound in the vicinity. Just a short distance away, you'll find scenic countryside and rolling hills dotted with charming villages. Take a leisurely hike or rent a bike to explore the tranquil surroundings, immersing yourself in the island's beauty.

In terms of dining and entertainment, St. Paul's offers a variety of options. You'll find local restaurants serving delicious Maltese cuisine, seafood specialties, and international fare. Enjoy a relaxing meal with a view, savoring the flavors of the Mediterranean.

Getting around San Pawl il-Baħar and the wider island of Malta from 158 Triq San Pawl is easy and convenient, thanks to the various transportation options available.

For those who prefer to walk, many local amenities are within a short walking distance, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets.

Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop to 158 Triq San Pawl is just a few minutes walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba.

It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.

The home location forms part of St Paul's islands, beautiful to say the least. Just down the road is also swings and slides, perfect for family or just to hang out.

Also within walking distance you will find convenience stores, the beach and also the beautiful promenade apart from all the super tasty restaurants.

The bus stop is just round the corner from the apartment making it very easy and cheap to travel.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
