"Clean but dated room, internet speed was ok during the day but slowed to a crawl in evenings. Unfortunately only two of the three elevators was operational so we needed to plan extra time to make it up and down. "

"The Sutton Place is high-end and centrally located. Is a bit stuffy, but each to their own. Staff was helpful, although they had difficulty finding the reservation and some confusion about amenities with my Expedia status (due to glitches in the system – according to them). Rooms are well appointed and comfortable."
