The only complaints I have is we had to ask for service every day to get clean towels and sheets and the last who did breakfast and runs the bar outside is not very friendly. “Clean and comfortable room. Very nice beach and Martin did a great job setting up umbrellas and chairs. We had an issue checking in in that they couldn’t find our reservation. Luckily I brought my receipt with us. We still waited about 30 minutes to check in. That was the only glitch. Overall a wonderful place for vacation.”

“Beach view was unobstructed from our balcony. Since they have had a slow recovery from a storm in 2017, we understand the look of the exterior. Rooms are huge. They are updated.”

“We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel.”

“Princess Heights offered one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had on a Caribbean Island in a long time. If you’re not a resort kind of person, then this condo style hotel is perfect. The front desk staff are so gracious and help with taxi accommodations and restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping was attentive and stopped by daily to restock. Best of all was the view from our terraces- it was absolutely breathtaking and I fell asleep to the crashing of the waves on Dawn beach each night. I will……

“The beach was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was definitely worth paying for. The pools were all lovely. I loved that you didn't have to get up early to get a beach lounger. You just had to give the guy $1 and he would bring a chair and umbrella. The only improvement would be the attitude of the waitresses at the breakfast restaurant. They were a bit unfriendly. However the staff at the beach bar were lovely.”
