* This is a NON-SMOKING Unit.
* Sunset Vistas is a Gulf Front Complex on beautiful Treasure Island Beach.
* Heated large main Pool w/jacuzzi and Kiddy Pool with splash Pad and jacuzzi for adults.
* This Unit has a fully renovated, fully equipped Kitchen with Quartz Counter Tops, Shaker Style Cabinets, and Stainless Steel appliances.
* This unit is DIRECT Gulf/Beach Front, facing the water.
* FREE WiFi included and FREE COVERED Parking.
* This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo sleeps 6 with a KING bed in the Main bedroom, Queen in the 2nd bedroom, and additional Queen Sofa bed in the Living room.
* The unit has a large Balcony with DIRECT Gulf/Beach Front views for viewing Beautiful Sunsets!
* You can access the Balcony from the Living room and Main bedroom.
* There's a Breakfast Bar in the Dining room/Kitchen with LED under counter and bar lighting, with seating capacity for 6-8 people.
* The Living room has a 4K Samsung 55" flat screen TV, and a Natuzzi Leather Queen size Sofa Bed with upgraded mattress.

Spectacular view and location
We couldn't have asked for more. This property was exactly as listed. The owner provided everything we needed for our beach vacation. Towels, beach chairs, even sunscreen! Nice to have a small cafe and tiki bar on site. The pool was very popular and the sunsets were an added bonus! The next time we vacation in Treasure Island I would DEFINATELY choose this condo.

Gorgeous Views
We loved our week long stay. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Carol left the 2 of us enough paper goods for the week. The view from the 3rd floor condo is beautiful! We enjoyed every minute and hope to be back! She also has a generous supply of beach toys and at least 2 good beach chairs. The beds are very comfortable! We also enjoyed the Shake Shack just outside the property. 😊

Wonderful unit w/gorgeous views!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The weather didn't cooperate the first few days, but we made the best of it. Later in the week, the weather improved significantly, and we took full advantage of it w/walks on the beach and on the boardwalk or exploring other beaches. We also walked down to St. John's Pass several times. The Seafood Festival was happening the weekend we got there, and that was a lot of fun, even though it was very wind and chilly crossing the bridge. The food at the local restaurants was great! But my absolute favorite things to do was walk the beach looking for shells, or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the amazing views! The unit had everything we could need, and Carolyn was always very responsive when we had questions. Would def recommend !!

Great condo
The condo was very clean when we arrived. We had no difficulty with anything. We had a great beach view. Great location to take very long walks. The restaurant was great. We stayed in the villas last year and we decided to come back. I’m sure we will come back next year.

Treasure Island in December
The condo and all amenities were perfect and just what we were looking for! The property owner was amazing to work with! The condo is very clean and you can tell extra care goes into making sure it’s clean and perfect for guests. The view is amazing and easy access to food, bars and fun things to do. We definitely hope to stay there again!
