Our home is extremely close to the beaches, the eclectic city of Gulfport and a short 10 min drive to DTSP or downtown St. Pete. 275 is just a hop, skip and jump away making it easy to access Tampa and Bradenton area!
Our space is open, stylish and provides everything you need for a short or long term stay! Enjoy the outdoor spaces, the pool and the central location to our beautiful beaches and downtown.
Everything inside the home, including the garage is for your own personal use! Please enjoy our home!
I love interacting with my guests but will give you your privacy if you so desire! Feel free to ask me anything during your stay, I want you to have the absolute best time in the St. Pete area! If you're trying to plan something special, let me know :) I'd love to be apart of your special day!
The atmosphere of the neighborhood is upscale and tropical with peek a boos of the ocean!
It is quite possible to get around via Uber as downtown and the beaches are both less than 10 minutes away, however I always recommend a car for getting around and exploring on your own terms!
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood - our fellow neighbors respect to privacy and right to a quiet neighborhood is our top priority. Please enjoy our home with this golden rule in mind :)
Please note the check in time is 5pm, however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready. Most times, I am able to send the check in around 3pm however It is never a guarantee. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible.

Please note - We do allow events however there is a fee based on the type of event, how many people and the length of time you will be holding the event. Please inquire prior to booking our property for a small event (20 people or less)
There is no smoking inside the home - if smoking inside the home is discovered, there is a $700 charge. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOME. There is NO smoking inside the home or anywhere near the home, with doors open etc. If smoking is found after your departure there is a $700 fine for smoke remediation. IF you are found to be smoking inside the home during your stay, you will be removed with NO REFUND. It is expensive, disrespectful and just not worth it.
Please note although we do get the pool serviced 2x a week - we do not have control over weather conditions that may affect the pool in-between services. No refunds will be provided if there was perhaps a storm that came by in-between scheduled services that prevent anyone from enjoying the pool. Every so often, the rains and storms will bring mild to moderate debris in the pool and we have no control over that in between services. if you have questions about the pool availability please inquire before you complete your reservation as I do realize this may affect your vacation and enjoyment of the home and property. We do our best to keep things 100%, but sometimes it is just not possible due to extenuating circumstances described above.
Please note, if you are booking this stay for someone else you will be fully responsible for any damages, late check outs etc.
FRIENDLY REMINDER AND WARNING: If you bring an unauthorized pet to the property and it is not discussed or paid for prior to your arrival, there will be a fee of $300. The pet fee is to accommodate the extra cleaning associated with pets. If my cleaners arrive unprepared to clean up after your pet the $300 fee will get passed along to you. Honesty is our best policy. Please be honest with your fur babies. We are happy to accommodate them.
KIND REMINDER: You have booked a strictly NON REFUNDABLE stay. I encourage all guests to purchase travelers insurance if you think your travel plans could be interrupted by any unforeseeable circumstance.
