Perfect Size and Location

This two bedroom unit in the Surf n Sand had everything our family of four needed for our stay in Clearwater Beach. The kitchen was well supplied and the living/dining area was spacious. We loved being able to enjoy outdoor spaces (tables and pool) with a water view on the quiet side of the island. The decor and furnishings were simple with a retro modern feel. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks for hanging towels (and wet bathing suits).

Surf n Sand

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and close to the beach as well as the other attractions in the area. We only moved the car once when there was a possibility of a storm. We walked to the beach shops and the restaurants.

Clearwater bliss

Great property with a beautiful view right on the water. We were on the inter coastal side of Clearwater which was perfect because it was cold and windy at Clearwater Beach and perfect at our place. The bed was quite comfortable. Our only issue was dirty glasses in the cupboard. I reached out to the property owner about this and they did not respond back. We found out the people that stayed there before us were supposed to wash them and put them in the cupboard dirty. We figured it out because they asked us to wash the dishes before we left. Other than that, this is a perfect place to stay off the tourist strip but close enough to walk there. Walking distance to the beach also.

Excellent location

We actually stayed in a different apartment to the one booked / listed. The apartment was great, modern, clean, comfortable with plenty of space. Location was excellent, about 5 min walk to the beach, plus views out the back of the property overlooking the water ways. Great comms from the host, enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.
