Exceeded Expectations

Annually, we go on a family vacation. There are 12 of us; 9 adults and 3 children. We have vacationed on house boats, houses in the mountains, houses at other beaches and cruise ships. All members of the family agreed the recent vacation in Indian Rocks, Florida at the beautiful Exclusive Aqua Escape home ranked right at the top of the list. The communication with Beach Time Rentals property management was excellent prior to our arrival and during our stay. The home was fabulous. It was very large but felt cozy. It exceeded our expectations. It was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We had two mini vans, and both fit in the garage with the door closed. We enjoyed the clean swimming pool, the well-kept landscape and having direct access to the white sandy beach. The ocean views from the property were stunning. There are numerous restaurants and activities close to the home. The home is definitely on the list for a return trip.

Very nice beachfront home

We had a group of 10 family members, six adults and four children. The house was large and accommodated us all comfortably. It is right on the beach and has a nice size heated pool. We would happily stay here again.

Great location and property

Perfect stay at the property. Two couples with 4 kids under 4. There was ample space, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need. Joanie the property manager was very responsive. Pool grounds are beautiful, just steps to the beach.

Beautiful home in a great location. Lots of stairs!

The kitchen was well equipped. The lighting system completely went out so we had to sleep with the lights on one night which was crazy for the amount we paid.

Gorgeous sunsets! The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pool toys and beach towels. Do not bring an extended SUV. It won’t fit in the garage. We enjoyed our stay! The house and property were very clean and just like the pictures!

Magical Family Celebration

The pool was much larger than a typical personal pool with numerous chairs and pool toys. The 2 decks made watching the waves and especially sunsets unbelievable. the family sized tables, inside and one the deck made meal time extra special. The amount of personal spaces in this vacation home gave everyone the ability to chill when needed. The weather was a true blessing...including the afternoon and evening storms and rainbows. With the beach and the clear and calm waves just steps away, our family celebration was truly magical.

The couch was very stained and dirty. I am more comfortable with a leather couch when staying away from home. Home could use some updates.The pool was dirty when we arrived, it was supposed to be cleaned rMonday and Thursday....I had to call and they arrived on Wednesday.We had 3 cars and their is parking for 2. It was very difficult to find parking for our 3rd car.We did have a great time, and the house was nice enough. For the money I think I could have done better.

So much closer to beach than in pictures!

Our family spent a week here and loved every minute of it. We never wanted to leave and spent most of our time at the pool, beach (which is even closer than the pictures show), and on the 2nd level deck. The house is nicely decorated and has everything you can imagine stocked in the closets and the kitchen area. The appliances are all top line and in great working condition. The outside deck furniture, pool area and outside bins filled with beach toys & equipment were great for us and our 2 year old. The outside covered area near where the grill is located is a great place to hang. The architectural work on the cabinets and counters make it a wonderful place to serve dinners and lunches at. The outside bar area with bar stools was great to be able to stay outside by the pool and eat. The neighborhood (6 houses total) had great privacy with the fenced in gated entrance. This house is one of (if not the best) locations being oceanfront and having a larger yard and pool area. Only complaint was that the MB upstairs had no tv or night lights or lamps. It only had 8 overhead lights that were very bright especially at night. We inquired about the TV but no one got back to us where it was. Not that we watched a lot of TV but it would have been nice to catch the weather a couple times with some storms approaching our area. Overall, this is an awesome house and we are already talking about another family vacation here again with another new addition to our family coming!

A great place for a family retreat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week here in late February and it was all we could have hoped for. The weather was fantastic which set the stage but the house and property were the real stars! Given we had two young grandkids with us the second floor outdoor veranda was the focal point for much of our activity. This veranda was right off the main floor kitchen and family room, was well furnished, shaded, had a gorgeous view of the beach with beautiful warm breezes. Because of the railings and gate on the stairs this was a great place for kids to run around. From there we could easily take the outdoor spiral staircase down to the pool and beach which we did many times each day. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was a good investment. We all loved splashing around several times each day. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to eat all meals outside on the veranda where we enjoyed the view and breezes. The five bedrooms worked perfectly and gave everyone lots of privacy. It was a beautiful spot. One thing that surprised us was the garage was a very tight fit for the van we had rented. I noticed that large vehicles had problems fitting in the garages at the other houses in the complex too. Not a deal breaker by any means but good to know in advance.

Great vacation rental

Our own private West facing pool(very hard to find) and steps away from the beach and ocean. The best of both worlds and greatly desired with our little children & varied naps. We enjoyed the beach and ocean while they were awake and then the pool while they napped. Never having to give up being outside. The location was very convient to Clearwater with its pier, excursions, and aquarium. The grocery store was also close. There was a quaint indoor/outdoor restaurant steps from the house that we sampled a few times and a convient store for quick supplies. Though we rarely left the property, I also know that St. John's Pass was just south of us had we wanted to do any shopping, as was Clearwater. The home was very clean and well maintained. Each adult couple had their own room with bath and the kids each had bunk bed rooms. The 2 balconies offered great ocean and sunset views. It has a large kitchen and island for meal time and another large table out on the deck. Plus a recreation area off the pool area but we never really used this. The garage is a very tight squeeze. We rented 2 minivans and we had pull them all the way in touching the back wall to close the garage doors. Also, the only direct pool access, other than using the side (front) door and walking around the yard, was through the lower floor bedroom. We had a small issue with the kitchen icemaker not working so we just bought a bag of ice. There is a second frig in the garage. We had payed for pool heat but it must not have been working properly. Management did refund me after we got home.The only reason I gave management a 4 was I felt the "checkin" person was not very helpful. We arrived later in the evening so I understand why she wasn't there to meet us, like it said in the email, but she had the lights turned on for us. I informed her right away of the icemaker and of the pool heat but no f/u.

Fabulous Beach House

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for our extended family and it's right on the beach with a fabulous pool. My older parents were able to stay on the ground floor and minimize stair use. Our 4 children split the rooms with bunk beds and shared the Jack & Jack bathroom. The queen bed that was extra long was appreciated by my 6'4" brother-in-law. Everyone was really comfortable. Even the mattress and the pillows were comfortable. The two balconies were also much-utilized spaces. The children basically lived in the ocean and the pool. We did pay for the pool to be heated (mid-April stay) and it was perfect. Everyone spent a LOT of time in that pool. The kitchen was big and well equipped (and well organized!). I appreciated the very long family dining table for our party of 10. The sunset views from this home are spectacular. My only wish for this property would be for the garage spaces to be wider. It was challenging to get our large family cars safely into the spaces. Be prepared to do a 3-point turn to get in and out. Overall this was a wonderful week at a spectacular home.

Great property in great location!

We stayed here with friends (kids and adults) over spring break. The property is beautiful - great sized rooms to fit multiple kids with large beds and a lot of storage space, great space for large group eating both outside and inside, and direct beach access. The location is also very close (walking distance) to good restaurants and coffee shops. The kids loved having the pool as well! Definitely would recommend as a great place for a large group or family!
