Just leaving from a great vacation! Amazing location so close to the water. Chair and umbrellas can be rented daily right on beach. Nice pool and spa area. Roof top area to watch sunrises and perfect view from beach to watch sunsets. Walking distance to John’s pass for many dining and shopping choices. Like that nobody is going in and out of your room during your stay. If you need towels or other supplies you put dirty ones in basket and circle what you need on the postcard in the basket set it out by 10 am and it’s refilled and sitting in front of your door by lunchtime. Staff is very friendly. Very clean. A little construction going on but not distruptive to our stay at all.

The beach was close . It was supposed to be a 9.2out of 10. But it was more like a 5. The room was run down, as the rest of the property.

I was pleasantly surprised that the photos on the website are exactly how the property looks. Great view of the sunset on the rooftop, should make a bar up there! Had a fantastic time and will return!!!

Being on the beach was wonderful. The pool and jacuzzi are well-maintained, and it was very nice that towels for the pool and beach are provided. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and we could see a bit of the gulf. The area is mellow and easy to navigate. Just what we needed.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Steps from the beach and entertainment. The resort was not overly busy so there was never an issue finding seats by the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach front! Onsite parking and no need to get back in your vehicle. Everything is walkable including John’s Pass for all the shops and restaurants.

We had such an enjoyable stay at Madeira Beach. The condo was well-appointed. The kitchen area had a new coffee pot, fridge and all the basics needed. The beds were comfortable and the view was terrific!

Property is near everything you want to go to, staff was super nice, towel return is convenient and easy, everybody at the pool was very nice, there were a couple of kids but well behaved and not driving anybody crazy. The hot tub could be a little hotter, should have stayed longer!! Love it !

Loved the ocean view. Beach was clean and walkable for miles. Shops , dining and tours all nearby - no need to rent car if you are not going to any other attractions. Pool area clean and relaxing. Resort just needed some kind of vending

We loved that everything that we wanted to do was nearby. Steps to the beach. John’s Pass is also walking distance. Pool was nice. Premier rooms spacious. Definitely room for 4-6 people. We will be back.

We booked an ocean front room and loved every minute we were there. The front building is older but clean and kept up well. The back building is new but not ocean front. The rooftop on the back building is gorgeous and perfect for sunset views. Only downfall was there is only one elevator for the front building and it was slow and broken down one full day. Also, no daily cleaning of rooms. They exchange towels and have request cards for restocking items but sheets are not changed and removal of garbage and cleaning is on your own.

I like the quietness of the beach and the walking distance to John’s pass. It would have been nice to have a full size mirror in the room, hard to get ready when one is showering and that’s the only mirror. Would have been nice if the rooftop bar was open. Otherwise really nice place.

We love to stay here. It’s convenient to everything. Beautiful beach, Lisa’s Cafe, John’s Pass, all just a short walk. Staff is always amazing, rooms are beautiful, clean with a definite tropical vibe. Perfect little decks for coffee, mimosas, cocktail hour or just enjoying the view. Rooftop communal seating for gorgeous sunsets, star gazing, sunbathing, and of course gulf view. This is for sure where we will always stay.

Our room was not clean upon checkin. I went to the front desk and she had someone come up and clean. Floors dirty, dirty washcloth under sofa bed. No hot water. Which she had someone come up to fix.

This property is beautiful and the units are extra spacious with a huge balcony. All of the amenities are new including inside the unit. Perfectly placed for shopping, walking, eating etc. Excellent!

We stayed in a 1 BR. If you don’t mind the small bathroom and small kitchen area, this is a great room. The bed was very comfortable! The staff was wonderful. We rebooked for July but booked a 2BR 2BA.

Service & beach access was exceptional. No walkable dining, except a nice breakfast place across the street. You need a car. Locally owned and operated with nice rooms, friendly attentive staff & clean pool. Quieter than most beach front Florida Hotels.

The beach was beautiful and our room had a wonderful balcony. The pool was nice and there was a hot tub as well. Staff was easy going and very hospitable. Allowed us to stash our bags when we checked out and use the pool and beach for our later flight. Very accommodating.
